Con la<em> \u00abJazz At The Philharmonic\u00bb<\/em>, act\u00faa con los mas grandes instrumentistas del jazz en todo el mundo y logra que toda la critica le reconozca con el titulo que ya siempre le acompa\u00f1\u00f3: <em>\u00abFirst Lady Of Song\u00bb<\/em> (Primera Dama de la canci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abFine and mellow\u00bb <\/em>es un stardard de Jazz escrito por <em>Billie Holiday<\/em>, originalmente grabado por ella misma en 1939. El disco ten\u00eda en su cara B el tema <em>\u00abStrange Fruit\u00bb<\/em><strong><\/strong>(pueden ver un trabajo fabuloso de nuestro c\u00f3mplice <strong>Kurtigghiu:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/pandc.10z.com.ar\/?p=1291\"><strong>AQUI<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Este disco, producido por <em>Norman Granz<\/em>, fue grabado en una \u00fanica sesi\u00f3n que tuvo lugar el 8 de enero de 1974 en los MGM Studios. De hecho, marc\u00f3 el regreso de <strong>Ella<\/strong> a las sesiones informales de improvisaci\u00f3n, un estilo que ella misma hab\u00eda adoptado en las d\u00e9cadas de 1940 y 1950.
